Nintendo of Canada and Hotel X Toronto have teamed up to give Nintendo fans the ultimate “night in” with the Nintendo Switch video game system. From March 11 to 26, the luxury hotel’s Presidential Suite will be transformed into the “Nintendo Switch Suite” - an immersive, bookable suite designed for social gaming with friends.

In addition to being outfitted with a number of Nintendo “touches”, the entire space is set up for gameplay - with Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch Lite systems at the ready. And guests will be able to choose from a library of more than 50 popular Nintendo Switch games - everything from Super Smash Bros. Ultimate to Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild to the latest indies.

“We’re taking games night to the next level,” said Dom Gross, General Manager, Nintendo of Canada. “We recognized that Nintendo Switch is the backdrop for a lot of memorable social get-togethers - so we wanted to give Torontonians a space to host those get-togethers that is as iconic as our beloved games and characters. The Nintendo Switch Suite is a veritable Nintendo playground - and it can be yours for the evening to benefit an amazing cause.”

Consumers will be able to book a stay at the Nintendo Switch Suite (which includes access to the suite from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.) for $500CAD. All proceeds from every booking will be donated to Starlight Children’s Foundation, an organization on a mission to spread joy to sick kids across the country.

The Nintendo Switch Suite will be open from Wednesday, March 11 to Thursday, March 26, and bookings can be made online at link here.

“We jumped on the opportunity to partner with Nintendo of Canada to temporarily transform our Presidential Suite into a Nintendo fan’s dream,” said Matt Black, Director of Marketing and Revenue, Hotel X Toronto. “We look forward to welcoming Torontonians into the Nintendo Switch Suite to come together and have fun for a worthy cause.”
