Crafted with fresh pineapple and kabosu juices that have been adjusted for acidity, along with some coconut pouchong tea. It gets a nice boost from cane sugar and Appleton Estate 8-Year-Old Double Cask rum, plus a hint of clarified smoked mango yogurt for an extra twist.

Ingredients:

- Appleton Estate 8-Year-Old Double Cask Rum

- Acid-adjusted pineapple and kabosu juices

- Coconut pouchong tea

- Cane sugar

- Clarified smoked mango yogurt (centrifuged to remove solids)

The Nitro Colada is best enjoyed infused with nitrogen to give it that creamy, frothy texture.
