PACK YOUR LUNCH AND STOCK-UP ON SNACKS
Plan out your lunches and snacks to make yourself comfortable. Going back to work can be exhausting, so it’s best to have some healthy snacks on hand when you’re feeling drained or you need a quick energy boost!
GET ON A NORMAL SLEEP SCHEDULE
Prepare yourself in advance by practicing early bedtimes weeks before you’re set to resume working.
The key to making your work easier is organizing everything- from your desktop to your Email inbox, and from interactions with colleagues to meetings!
