2018 PORSCHE PANAMERA SPORT TURISMO WAGON
It’s hard to believe that Porsche has already followed through with what we thought were just rumors last year regarding a wagon-esque version of the well known Panamera sedan. It’s set to debut at this year’s Geneva show, and simply put, Porsche delivered some serious goods with this iteration, dubbed the Panamera Sport Turismo.
Typically, the wagon body isn’t much to be desired. However, Porsche makes it work in their favor, even going as far as installing an adaptive roof spoiler on this thing. The cargo compartment is a bit larger as well, upping the storage space to 49 cubic feet as compared to 46 feet with the sedan. Options increase under the hood, however, with Porsche offering three trims for the Turismo. First is the base model, hosting a turbo V6 with 330 horsepower. Then there’s an E-Hybrid version that offers 440 horses thanks to the twin-turbo 2.9 liter V6 paired with its electric engine. Finally the Turbo – complete with a 4.0 liter twin-turbo V8 – pushes out 550 horses for your enjoyment. Prices are slated to start at $97,000, $105,000, and $155,000 respectively.
