FERRARI LAFERRARI OFF-ROAD CAMPER EDITION

If you were to ask most people what they think of when they imagine an off-road camper, they’d probably settle somewhere between a pickup truck with a shell on the back and a decked-out RV. When you ask Estonia-based designer Rain Prisk the same question, however, you get an extremely different answer. And, while we shouldn’t be surprised, it’s hard not to feel a bit of awe at this concept for a Ferrari LaFerrari Off-Road Camper.
Judging from this rendering, this isn’t just an atypical camper. It’s also a clear departure from your average LaFerrari. The chassis is lifted and fitted with a set of beefy Goodyear off-road tires and the front end now houses a hefty grille-guard – wrapped with a chain that, we imagine, could be used to rip trees right out of the ground. The rear of the vehicle is also fitted with a load-bearing rack with an attached collapsible rooftop tent (which looks roomy enough for two), that’s accessible by ladder. As absurd as the design looks, we’d be lying if we said we didn’t want to take this beast out for a long weekend in the wilderness.
