LAND ROVER DEFENDER PROJECT VENICE
East Coast Defender is hands down one of the best custom builders of classic Land Rovers out there today. They’re responsible for jaw dropping builds like the Alpine, the Beast, and the XIII. This project by the shop, however, isn’t quite as over the top as previous ones – but it is still mouth watering enough for us. Welcome in the Land Rover Defender “Project Venice”.
This paired down and blacked out Defender by the Florida based customs shop has had much of its old school badass look preserved, but that doesn’t mean it hasn’t gotten some serious upgrades. Most notable among those upgrades would have to be the 6.2 liter 430 horsepower Chevrolet LS3 engine that was hooked up to the automatic transmission. If nothing else, the hefty power plant gives the iconic vehicle a bite to match its bark. Of course, that isn’t all. For when drivers want to feel the wind in their hair and the sun on their backs, they can drop down the convertible soft top and fire up the touch screen navigation and upgraded sound system and just let loose. Not a bad way to spend a day off. Prices are available on request.
