BARRELL BOURBON

When it comes to bourbon, nothing matters more than the juice itself. That's why Barrell Bourbon, while not a traditional distiller, leads the pack amongst the new school whiskey companies. Each batch of Barrell Bourbon is a little different, as they choose from straight bourbon from Kentucky and Tennessee. What doesn't vary is that each batch is bottled at a barrel strength that is typically north of 120 proof. Each one is also quite limited and so far, each has been nothing short of delicious. The latest batch — #7 — was distilled and aged for 5 years in Char #4 American white oak barrels in Tennessee before being bottled at 122.4 proof.
